Sending and Receiving your products:
We look forward to receiving your order(s).
We take reasonable care to ensure that your ordered products arrive safely.
We use reputable delivery services but sometimes in the delivery of those services, problems or limitations can occur (see our terms and conditions).
If you should experience any problem with any delivery, do not hesitate to contact us and we shall make reasonable endeavours to help you resolve any delivery issues.
Once you make an order for a product, we process your order based on the details you have provided to us. It is important that you ensure that you provide us with correct information to prevent any unnecessary delays or difficulties with the delivery of your order. In facilitating your order, we use your data to achieve that delivery. We do not share your data with any other party. Your data is used and held as per our Privacy Policy. Once your order is received and paid for, we will prepare your order within 24 hours and then arrange for your products to be dispatched. If there are any difficulties experienced between the preparation of your products and them being dispatched, we shall contact you to update you of any delay.
In paying for your order, you will be doing so through the payment portal provided by our suppliers. Unless difficulties arise through the operation of the payment portal that we use (where we shall work with our suppliers to resolve issues), we shall not be able to assist you with any issues arising from your direct relationship with your credit/debit card supplier - in that instance, you must contact your card issuer for assistance.
In packing your order, we use protective packing designed for physical books. We then use the services of the Royal Mail or other courier services.
The postage & packing charges are displayed at the time you make your order and they provide you with information as to the expected times of delivery. We use tracking delivery services.
For any problem with the delivered product or the delivery, please refer to our refund policy and our terms and conditions.
If you purchase a physical product directly from the Author, through this website, you will receive a personally signed copy from the Author - on your order page you will have the ability to choose the wording of any dedication you would like (where there is no dedication stated, the Author will simply inscribe your copy with the following text: "To [NAME OF PURCHASER INSERTED], Best Wishes, Frank"]. Where multiple orders of physical products are made, please indicate any dedication you would like to make in each product [up to 500 characters]. Where there is insufficient space to enter dedications within the permitted space for multiple physical product orders, please contact us via: frankbrehanyshop@icloud.com - providing your order number and the text for dedications you would like placed into your multiple order products.
Where you order a digital product, upon payment, you will receive a confirmation e mail along with a download link. The link has limitations placed within to ensure fair use and to protect the product. If you have any problems with downloading your digital product, you should contact us via: frankbrehanyshop@icloud.com - Once you have achieved a successful download, your product will have been deemed to be delivered. There is no cost applied to you for the digital download of our products. Regrettably, we cannot provide personally signed copies of digital products at this time.
Our list of postage & packing charges (expressed in UK£'s - to check your currency equivalent, use the drop down box at the top of the page to reveal your own currency value), for physical products, are as follows:
UK: Royal Mail Tracking - 48 hours from posting - £3.85p (per item).
Eurozone: Ireland - Royal Mail Tracking - 3 to 5 working days from posting - £8.99 (per item).

USA: Important Notice: It is with very sincere regret that we are not able to satisfy physical product orders to the USA at this time. This has arisen due to the uncertainty created around the tariffs/taxes that have been imposed by the United States. Given that such charges are likely to not only complicate the delivery of physical products to you, they will more than likely also increase the cost of this product to our US Customers. We do not think that this is fair to our US Customers nor indeed to the product. We shall continue to review the situation regularly, to seek clarity, but also to determine whether it will become cost viable, at some point in the future, to directly supply physical products to the USA.
USA: Alternative routes to access our products. From the 20 May 2025, you will be able to visit your local bookstore and make an order for 'A Magdalene Rose'. To make a book order through your local bookstore, you need to provide your bookseller with the title of the book ['A Magdalene Rose'] and the ISBN Number: [Hard book ISBN number: 978-1-8384231-1-7]. Your bookseller can source this book through the distributor, Ingram Spark.
Alternatively, from Saturday 24 May, 2025, the E Book version of 'A Magdalene Rose will be available to purchase from this website.
