Q: This is a good question! I believe that after operating a National Consumers Organisation for 14 years, provides me with the best insight into consumer expectations and their rights.
I offer that insight along with the care and attention I provide to the books that I produce and have published.
Where I use external distributors, I only use the distributors who have a global reputation and who provide a good quality product for consumer orders.
In a competing world, where authors, publishers and bookshops vie for attention and a bulk market, I believe that my own personal brand, along with the quality of my books offer a direct and important connection between me, the author, and you, the reader. I value that connection immensely.
Each order is reviewed by me. When I am not travelling, each order is processed by me - when I am travelling, those responsible for processing orders have been trained by me on ensuring the best quality and attention is given to each of my customers.
You can be confident that if something goes wrong, I will work hard to find a solution - it is after all about trust and providing the best product and experience to consumers.
